LISA DIGIOVANNI - CEO

Lisa loves family, traveling and singing.  Thankfully, her volunteer experience combines all of her favorite things. She’s built homes in Ensenada with her son, served at an orphanage in Uganda with her other son, cleaned up the aftermath of a Tornado with her husband in Oklahoma, aided the homeless in Los Angeles and managed an international student sponsorship program in Haiti. Lisa is detail-, people- and task-oriented, which has served her very well as an in-demand court reporter in the Los Angeles area. Lisa is well-versed in board management, list making and sarcasm.

SHANNON HOFFMANN - PRESIDENT

Shannon is a veteran of international non-profit marketing and management, working closely with a Haitian organization for the last 13 years. That experience was a master class in the value of relationships, the complexity of culture and importance of asking hard questions. She has spent time in the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and Mexico but still has a hard time negotiating the 405/101 split in Los Angeles. Shannon and her husband Gary have two (almost) grown children who keep them in check and on their toes. Downtime is spent reading pretty much anything and everything, running and perfecting her Old Fashioned.
